The Terms of Service cover using the API from your own application under your own account. This page summarises them in plain words. If it ever differs from the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service apply.

  • Call the API from your application with your own API key.
  • Show the results to your own users inside your product.
  • Pay for calls from your wallet at the published prices.

  • Keep your API keys confidential and do not share them.
  • Do not try to get around usage limits or security measures.
  • Do not reverse engineer the service.

Needs our agreement

Reselling, white-label and OEM

The Terms of Service do not allow reselling API access without authorization. If you plan to resell Vedika, offer it white-label to other companies, or ship it inside hardware or a partner product, talk to us before you start.

Those arrangements are agreed in a signed order form. Write to [email protected] with what you are building and how you plan to offer it.

Embedding questions

Can I show Vedika results inside my own product?

Yes, under your own account and API key, as the Terms of Service describe. Keep your key confidential and stay within your plan's usage limits.

Can I resell Vedika access or ship it inside hardware?

Not without our written authorization. The Terms of Service do not allow reselling API access without it. Write to [email protected] and we will agree it in a signed order form.

Where are the reseller or OEM terms?

In a signed order form agreed with you. They are not published on this page.
